In-person events once a local chapter reaches at least 100 members

All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for how you apply any information or AI-generated outputs.

4. ACCOUNTS, REGISTRATION & SECURITY

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. MEMBERSHIP, BILLING & PAYMENTS

Memberships are billed on a monthly subscription basis.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Founder pricing remains locked at the original rate for as long as the membership remains active and uncanceled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for the current billing month.

Refund requests must be submitted while the membership is active.

No refunds will be issued for prior months.

6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing.

Growth Formula reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Services

for violations of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or community standards.

Depending on severity, termination may be immediate and without refund.

7. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

To protect the integrity of the community, you agree not to:

Solicit, pitch, or promote without written approval

Spam or disrupt discussions

Harass or abuse other members

Misuse or share member data

Share internal content outside the community

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or immediate termination.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All curriculum, training materials, systems, templates, AI prompts, and content provided by

Growth Formula are owned exclusively by Growth Formula and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any materials without prior written permission.

By submitting content within the community, you grant Growth Formula a non-exclusive,

royalty-free, worldwide license to use member-generated content

(including testimonials, posts, and feedback) for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.

9. AI TOOLS & OUTPUTS

The Services may include AI-powered tools or prompts. You understand and agree that:

Outputs are provided for educational purposes only

You are responsible for reviewing and applying any AI-generated content

Growth Formula is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Site may integrate or link to third-party platforms, including payment processors,

analytics providers, and communication tools.

Growth Formula is not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.

11. MEMBER RELATIONSHIPS, PARTNERSHIPS & DUE DILIGENCE

Growth Formula provides a community and educational environment where members may meet,

communicate, and form relationships with other members.

Growth Formula does not vet, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility

for any member, business, product, service, partnership, joint venture,

referral, or relationship formed through the Services, whether online or in person.

Any business dealings, collaborations, investments, partnerships,

or agreements entered into between members are solely between the parties involved.

Members are fully responsible for conducting their own due diligence, background checks,

legal review, and risk assessment before entering into any relationship or transaction.

Growth Formula shall not be liable for any losses, disputes, damages, claims,

or outcomes arising from member-to-member interactions or relationships.

12. DISCLAIMERS & NO GUARANTEES

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind.

Growth Formula makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes, income, or results.

Your success depends on factors outside our control, including effort, experience, and market conditions.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Formula shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.
